RECOGNITION OF THE UNHEARD VOICE

A sash with the words “Appreciated Camper” was proudly displayed on her shoulder. Excitement and joy were reflected in Dionalyn’s face when she returned home from the four-day youth camp and congress. Dionalyn A. Flores is a 19-year-old who cannot hear nor speak, but was able to participate in the Buenavista Youth Camp and resumption of the Buenavista Youth Congress held at Tamayo Agriculture Center, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque last June 2-5, 2010.
